Writer • Advocate • Certified Biblical Life Coach • The Heart & Soul Linguist
Nicole C. Lofton is a faith-based writer, advocate, and transformational guide known as The Heart & Soul Linguist—a Spiritual Midwife who helps people articulate their inner world, heal their hearts, and walk in their God-given purpose.
Her passion for understanding people and fostering healing began long before she found the words to describe it. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2007, Nicole’s journey deepened through both lived experience and spiritual growth.
As a survivor of domestic violence, she transformed her pain into purpose—using her voice to bring awareness, healing, and hope to others navigating similar journeys.
In 2011, she launched the blog Domestic Violence As A Whole, which became a platform for education, healing, and advocacy. Reaching thousands, it was recognized as one of the Top 101 Domestic Violence Resources by Socialworkdegree.net. Her advocacy also extended through a national petition encouraging the NFL to acknowledge domestic violence awareness.
Nicole continued expanding her impact by becoming a Certified Biblical Life Coach in 2012, later earning mental health coaching credentials, and becoming a Certified Grief Coach in 2025. Her work has always centered on helping people move from pain to purpose through faith, truth, and honest reflection.
In 2013, she founded the Faithful Deeds Foundation, which has since evolved into the Faithful Deeds Initiative—a personal giving movement focused on supporting individuals rebuilding after trauma through intentional acts of faith in action. She also hosted the From Pain to Purpose conference, centered on restoring hope through compassionate, faith-driven support.
Today, Nicole leads through Purpose Whispers: He-Brews — Faithful Deeds, where biblical truth, emotional clarity, and discipleship meet. Through writing, reflection, Bible studies, and Spirit-led encouragement, she helps people fight the good fight of faith while building lives that testify of God’s faithfulness.
Whether through devotionals, coaching, advocacy, or community spaces like The Lion’s Den and Ladies of Purpose and Love, her work creates room for people to slow down, be honest, and allow God to bring purpose out of what once felt like brokenness.
Nicole’s life and ministry are rooted in one truth:
👉 God does not waste pain—He uses it to prepare purpose, deepen faith, and build testimony.
