10 Reasons Why You Should Walk In Your Purpose

Updated: Jan 25, 2022

1.) You were born to do it

You were created on PURPOSE, for a PURPOSE. You were created to BE something and to DO something.

2.) You are called to do it

Sometimes we have many different purposes in life. By now, I'm sure you have been called to do at least ONE of them.

3.) Walking in your purpose allows you to help others in ways that you have never imagined

Everything that you have went through is preparing you to help or bless someone else.

4.) You will live a happier life

There's something about purpose that brings happiness to our life. Knowing that we we created on purpose for a purpose and knowing merciful God is when it comes to us is a beautiful thing. When you think back on all that you have went through, it simply puts a smile on your face. Walking in your purpose frees you and allows you to bless someone else. That alone is enough to bring us happiness.

5.) You will have a fulfilled life

A purposeful life leads to a fulfilled life. Living for God brings so much joy. We never truly lack anything with God on our side and the closer we grow to him, the more we realize that.

6.) You will feel free spiritually

There is nothing more freeing than letting God lead your life and one of the best ways to do that is to answer the call on your life when it is time.

7.) It will move your forward

When you are walking in your purpose and letting God lead there is not too much that can hold you back because He said your gifts will make room for you and usher you into the presence of great men. We just have to get out of our own way.

8.) It builds confidence

Knowing that God has a plan and a purpose in your life and watching it unfold really can give a person confidence because he or she will start to see how God views them. They will start to see God push them into greater and push them past their limits.

9.) It removes fear

The thought of walking in one's purpose can be scary for some, but it's easy to get caught up with our thoughts especially if no action has taken place. Idleness leads to an idle mind. Once a person starts walking in his or her purpose, then they like number 8, they become confidence and the fear also decreases. The more one continues to do something, the more that dear decreases.

10.) It builds faith

Remember that faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen(Hebrews 11:12) and also that faith without work is dead. So while we think that we are sitting around waiting on God, he is waiting on us. We have to truly believe in what we hope for though because faith and doubt do not work together.
